Selecting Documents

By using the Staples Print app, you can print PDF documents that are stored in your Staples account, in other apps and in email messages on your iPhone, or on cloud services such as Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox and Google Drive.

For PDF documents stored in your Staples account:

  1. On the PDF Sources screen, tap Staples.
  2. Tap the album where your PDF documents are stored.
  3. Tap the document(s) you wish to print or tap the Select All toggle switch in the upper-right corner to select all documents. You can preview a file by tapping on the magnifying glass icon. Selected documents are highlighted blue.
  4.  Once you have finished selecting your documents, tap Continue.

For PDF documents stored in other apps or in email messages on your iPhone:

  1. Open the app or browser that has the PDF file that you want to print.
  2. Open the PDF file and select the Open In option or the share icon. Note that certain apps may have the Open In option hidden within More.
  3. Select the Staples Print app from the list.
The Staples Print app opens with your PDF file selected.
  4. Tap Continue.

For PDF documents stored on a cloud service:

  1. Tap your chosen cloud service on the PDF Sources screen.
  2. You may now be asked to sign in to your cloud service. Note that your cloud service hosts this screen, not Staples. Staples cannot access your cloud service password.
  3.  If your cloud service contains albums, tap the album where your PDF documents are stored.
  4. Tap the document(s) you wish to print or tap the Select All toggle switch in the upper-right corner to select all documents. You can preview a file by tapping the magnifying glass icon. Selected documents are highlighted blue.
  5. Once you have finished selecting your documents, tap Continue.
